My classes are part of the official Zumba family: dance-fitness classes combining Latin, Afro-beat, Dancehall, Soca, Pop, Bhangra and more. You’ll experience heavy beats, high energy, big smiles and lots of good vibes. As I say on my site: “My goal is to provide a safe space for everyone to let go, celebrate what our bodies can do and share the joy of music and movement."
Anyone 18+ is welcome (13+ with an accompanying adult-participant) is welcome regardless of fitness level or dance experience. Whether you’ve never danced before or you’ve been grooving for years, you’ll fit in. The moves can be modified, and the vibe is inclusive, judgement-free. I aim for a community feel—everyone supporting everyone.
Because dance-fitness has strong mental-health benefits too, it’s a great place to show up even on days you’re not feeling 100%. Research shows that dance-based classes improve vitality, mental health and social functioning.
The combination of music + movement triggers endorphins and mood-boosting brain chemicals (“feel-good hormones”). (Read about this here)

Absolutely. Inclusion is at the heart of what I do. Whether you identify as queer, are new to dance, have a disability, have social anxiety, or just want a space where you can be yourself - this is for you! If you have a medical condition or recent injury, it’s always wise to check with your doctor or health professional first. Zumba is generally safe for most people but modifications may be needed. Yes. Totally. Everyone feels a little unsure the first time. But once the music starts, the energy kicks in and people smile, move and welcome you in. My aim is that you leave feeling uplifted, connected and ready to come back.
